Truck Driver / Equipment Operator

The Town of Bolton is seeking qualified applicants for the full time, benefitted position of Truck Driver / Equipment Operator. This is a Grade 7 union position with a starting pay rate of $23.38 / hr. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating all DPW heavy equipment, routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment, plowing and sanding, routine road and sidewalk maintenance, cutting brush and tree trimming roadside as well as mowing, raking and trimming at various Town properties. A high school diploma is required as well as a CDL Class B driver’s license and the ability to acquire a Class C hydraulics license within 90 days of hire. Mechanical skills and experience handling heavy automotive equipment is essential.
