Public Housing Assistant Manager

The Leominster Housing Authority seeks a dedicated and energetic candidate for the position of Public Housing Assistant Manager.  The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting to and working with the Lease Enforcement Manager to complete all required tasks for 422 apartments located in Leominster. The Salary range is up to $50,000.

This position is commensurate with experience.  The Authority will accept resumes until the position is filled.

Leominster is a city in Worcester County, Massachusetts, United States. It is the second-largest city in Worcester County, with a population of 43,782 at the 2020 census. Leominster is located north of Worcester and northwest of Boston. Both Route 2 and Route 12 pass through Leominster. Interstate 190, Route 13, and Route 117 all have starting/ending points in Leominster. Leominster is bounded by Fitchburg and Lunenburg to the north, Lancaster to the east, Sterling and Princeton to the south, and Westminster to the west. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 29.8 square miles, of which 28.9 square miles is land and 0.9 square miles, or 2.96%, is water.
